In this section, you have access to a range of running and triathlon training plans which have been devised for all levels of ability. Choose the one that’s right for you, upload it to your compatible Garmin via the Training Center software, and follow the tailored day-to-day guidance provided by our professional partners. Downloading a Plan?

The zip file contains all the workouts you will need for that schedule. When you import one of these files into Training Center, each individual workout will appear in the left-hand column of Training Center. Using the PDF version of the plan as a guide, you can then drag and drop each session onto the date that is relevant for your event.

About Our Training Partners

Full Potential: At 30 years old Keith Anderson changed his lifestyle and began running to get fit and lose weight. After expert advice and training he ran a 2.17 marathon and finished 10th in the Commonwealth games marathon aged 41. Keith’s company, Full Potential provide professional coaching that caters for beginner to elite runners. The training plans that have been provided are generic schedules but if you would like a bespoke plan please contact Full Potential.

Triathlon Performance Solutions: Ben Bright is the Great Britain Men's Olympic Triathlon coach for the 2012 Games. He is also a former Olympic triathlete (Sydney 2000) who has coached World Champion and Olympic triathletes. His business, Triathlon Performance Solutions, provides coaching and training camps for age group athletes who are serious about maximising their potential.
